When our youngest son started waking throughout the night, our hearts sank. We thought we’d been blessed with a brilliant night sleeper and after trying all sorts of different methods, I soon realised he had become scared of the dark. Experts say that to have the optimum sleep, toddlers need pitch black, however, he definitely wanted the reassurance of soothing dim toddler night light. The toddler night lights on the market now are pretty special – especially those children’s night lights that are portable – perfect for travelling. And while these nursery night lights are targeted for younger kids, they do in fact work as baby night lights and for parents who night feed, as well as for older children who want to find a drink or make their way to the bathroom.
