There’s something magical about attending a wedding and, this week, Emma from Emma’s Thoughts reminisces about her first trip abroad with her young son earlier this year – to celebrate her sister’s nuptials in the stunning Greek island of Zante. Emma’s first initial worries about taking a toddler abroad soon vanished when she realised just how much her boy enjoyed the different scenery. (more…)
After a long hiatus, I’m so pleased to be resurrecting MTM’s regular feature of showcasing other bloggers’ wonderful holidays – learning about other people’s trips always gives such fantastic travel inspiration.
So I’m over the moon to be showcasing Donna’s family escape to Greece recently. In the blogging community Donna is hugely supportive of everyone, and can be found over at What The Redhead Said, where she talks about her family life, days out and parenting.
This is an interesting fact: Did you know that Santorini is essentially the remains of a big volcanic explosion which occured over thousands of years ago? Well thanks to this fiery eruption, the picture postcard Greek island sees cruise ship loads of tourists lining the pretty cobbled streets, but don’t let that put you off. (more…)
